plasmashell process randomly started consuming all available CPU power. In this state, Plasma desktop elements are unresponsive. Terminating plasmashell and restarting it does not solve the problem STEPS TO REPRODUCE Unknown. This happened randomly and has only been observed once 1. 2. 3.
