SUMMARY
Component Okular/ODT should not accept new bugs because this component does not exist any more.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tell Okular to report a bug.
2. Select Component: ODT backend
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Can submit bug.

EXPECTED RESULT
Cannot submit bug.
