STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open System Settings > Appearance > Cursors 2. observe which cursor theme is currently highlighted 3. click on "Get new cursors..." button 4. install a cursor theme 5. when installation is completed, hover over the installed cursor theme and click on "Use" button 6. close "Get new cursors..." window OBSERVED RESULT cursor theme highlighted in Cursors KCM is the one observed in the step 2 instead of the one from KDE Store applied in the step 5.
