Created attachment 141300 [details] Brush stroke behavior on canvas. Brushes occasionally create a stroke which shoots off canvas as well. SUMMARY Brush strokes are completely erratic when created on the canvas. However, brush strokes are perfectly normal within the scratchpad in the brush settings dialogue. If the error occurred in both places I would assume it's a driver issue. But, since the scratchpad is perfect I suspect a bug. Worth noting, I learn software in order to teach it to my students. On this workstation, I have used the following programs (and others) without any brush behavior bugs: Autodesk Sketchbook, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Gimp, Inkscape, Clip Studio. STEPS TO REPRODUCE I don't suspect the bug will reproduce outside of my system. I believe it's a bug inherent to my particular type of drivers- Wacom ERM stylus drivers for Windows 10. Here's the goofy steps ha. 1. Download latest Krita on a convertible PC with Wacom penabled screen 2. Download latest drivers 3. Paint OBSERVED RESULT Erratic brush behavior (all brushes). EXPECTED RESULT Correct brush behavior. Does switching the tablet input API through Settings -> Configure Krita -> Tablet Settings resolve your issue?
YES ha. Changing it to Windows 8 fixes the issue, according to some quick rudimentary testing. Sorry, I'm not too familiar with the program and hadn't explored the options. Thank you for your help!
