When using a touchscreen, Okular's titlebar, menubar and pagebar occupy too much space of the interface. So fullscreen makes full use of it. I manually edited the toolbar to include big icons with annotation actions such as the little hand to navigate and the highlighter, arrow and embedded note, as well as zoom increase and decrease. However, fullscreen makes me lose the ability to use annotation tools from the toolbar. It would be nice if the toolbar could be shown in fullscreen mode somehow.
You don't mean fullscreen do you? i guess you mean presentation mode (ctrl+shift+p)? fullscreen (ctrl+shift+f) doesn't remove the annotation toolbar
(In reply to Albert Astals Cid from comment #1) > You don't mean fullscreen do you? i guess you mean presentation mode > (ctrl+shift+p)? fullscreen (ctrl+shift+f) doesn't remove the annotation > toolbar I actually meant fullscreen, but I didn't notice the annotation toolbar behaved differently from the default toolbar. I originally edited the default toolbar to work as a button sidebar with only the tools I wanted and it wouldn't show up in fullscreen mode, but the annotation toolbar works so I'll edit that instead. Thanks.
closing as i understand you're happy with the solution
