KDE Users KCM scrolling avatar list

SUMMARY
The lengthy list of avatars in the Change Avatar popup is scrollable horizontally, about +/- 20 px. It does not add anything good to the user experience, and generally quite useless and annoying behavior.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Users KCM in System Settings
2. Select your account
3. Tap on your avatar on the right pane
4. Scroll through the list of default/provided avatars in a popup.

OBSERVED RESULT
The list can be scrolled +/- 20px left-right.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should only scroll vertically
