We should probably change it because it is a confusing term to both users and translators.

Keeping the second 'scale', it's a verb in tthis case. remove duplicate information. Remove obsolete shortcut. Fix wrong mousebutton Change 'canvas projection color' index entry. It's now using the same name as in the new image dialog, and I've also added the index value to the other page that discusses the same thing.
