SUMMARY
There are two identical icons for Global Theme in System settings - Appearance section.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings
2. Click Appearance

OBSERVED RESULT
2 identical icons for Global Theme

EXPECTED RESULT
1 Global Theme icon as with all other sections

This got fixed in Plasma 5.23!
