I'd love if it would be possible to configure a tag (during creation and edit) such as its subtags in the hierarchy inherit the tag's icon.

My use case is as follows, I have a tag hierarchy for bands with one subtag for each band, whose name is many times the name of the lead, but I also have the lead's name inside the people hierarchy. I'll sometimes tag a photo with both but sometimes with one of the two, so I want to identify them easily, so I use special icons for the bands hierarchy and all the band names. 

Right now I have to manually add the special icon to each band and I'd love it to be able to set a tag so that any subtag added automatically get its parent's icon.
