unusable vault entries

SUMMARY
I deleted a vault through deleting its folder in ~/Vaults, removing its information in ~/.config/plasmavaultrc and deleting it's contents in ~/.local/share/plasma-vault/

The vaults don't get deleted in the menu and instead it leaves non existent vaults, I've tried uninstalling plasma-vaults, restarting kde plasma, and then installing vaults again and restarting plasma

Trying to delete the entry through the GUI might have worked at this point, but for me, the vault duplicated and now trying to delete through the GUI gives, "Cannot delete the vault; there are other vaults with overlapping paths." Changing the mount point and vault name does not fix this.

A full restart fixed it.
