Hello. Apologies for taking your time especially on a Sunday. It looks like a Dolphin bug now.
At least I can confirm that under Dolphin and Gwenview there are currently problems with RAW files. There is already a bug report at Gwenview. But with Digikam there are no problems, we can close here. Maik
Dolphin an Gwenview must use a separated RAW thumb-nailer (an optionable) digiKam support RAW by default.
