There are untranslated strings regarding the Win10 theme.

PS : Latte-dock is 100% translated into French.
(KDE Localization : stable-kf5 & trunk-kf5 - French)

Latte provides only Latte indicator and Plasma indicator. External indicators translations are not Latte responsibility to provide.
