SUMMARY
Clipboard sync not working reliably.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy something on mobile on PC
2. See the clipboard of the other device
3. It's not synced

OBSERVED RESULT
Clipboard doesn't sync reliably.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clipboard sync should work properly.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro KDE
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The android devices I tested with are OnePlus Nord CE 5G (Android 11) and Samsung Tab A (Android 10).
