Freshly installed Garuda Dra46nize. Dolphin displays this message when clicking on any panel place or side bar location : "could not create <io-slave>.Klauncher informs: Error loading </usr/lib/qt/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so>
so I can't access  the user's folders at all, no Downloads, no Documents or any media at all. Instead you have to resort to terminal all the time!

Did you perform updates without rebooting? If so, reboot.
