SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable "Put session into stand-by"
2. Click on Apply
3. Go to different KCM and back
4. Enable Disable "Put session into stand-by" 

OBSERVED RESULT

No combobox item is selected, KCM "apply" button becomes active and the undefined setting can be saved.


EXPECTED RESULT

Last set combobox item is selected.

This is fixed by Jakob Petsovits with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/powerdevil/-/commit/8babe3530c32feb60e982eccd92fe2341091858d in Plasma 6, which re-does the entire UI and doesn't suffer from this issue anymore.
