Dolphin running on MATE desktop doesn't care about global single click setting 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login with MATE desktop
2. Login with KDE desktop

OBSERVED RESULT

MATE desktop supports KDE system settings:
   Control center -> KDE system settings -> Desktop behaviour -> General:
   Click behaviour = Single Click to open files and folders

On MATE desktop the single click selection in Dolphin doesn't work, on KDE desktop it does!

EXPECTED RESULT

Single click selection of files and folders on both (all) desktops.
