Hello, bugs.kde.org is for bugs/wish items that need changes to the code to fix. It seems that the problem might be a setup issue which cannot be solved by changing the code, but maybe by changing settings/drivers. the status "RESOLVED NOT A BUG" does not mean that the problem does not exist, only that it is not a bug in the code.
