This behavior occurs on Arch (Plasma 5.22.4) and neon unstable,
only on X11. When I choose "Edit application..." from context menu
of kickoff, a window opens in all virtual desktops. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Edit application..." window should only open in current virtual desktop.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
Graphics Platform: X11

Note this isn't Discover specific, as the video shows only Discord shows up with "Di" typed, other things show up once the "s" is added.

Educated guess about the cause: The window is part of the plasmashell process, and we want Plasma to be on all desktops. Not sure what can be done about it
