Glitches

SUMMARY
If you maximize/minimize a windows(either by double clicking on the window bar or the maximize/minimize button), the animation will be buggy and glitches a lot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Minimize/Maximize a window

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.12.2

I can confirm it happening on plasma 5.26.1 too and only in X11 session.
Slowing down animation speed allows you to see well those glitches.
