SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install r-base `sudo apt install r-base`
2. Install RStudio
3. Open Okular pdf and click on link - opens to RStudio not to default browser 

OBSERVED RESULT

Opens to Rstudio as link not to browser. 

EXPECTED RESULT

Link opens to default browser.
