SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Digikam 
2. Insert SD Card in Slot
3. SD Card is not detected and not available for picture import

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
should show up (it is seen in Apple finder as ext.drive Untiteld

macOS: Big Sur 11.5.2

It is possible that the card will be found the next time digiKam is started if it is already in the slot. I believe the reason is that the notification of device changes via the Solid API is not implemented. We use the Solid API to receive device information. In the Help menu there is an entry to list the hardware, please post the list here.
