Comparison of a diagram on different monitors

SUMMARY
When using 2 displays with different scaling levels on Windows, lines appear to be drawn thinner than they should which results in strange distortion

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a larger & smaller monitor (I have a 1080x1920 15.6" & 1920x1080 27.5" monitor) & open a pdf with text/diagrams in Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
Lines appear very thin on the larger monitor, but appear once one zooms in.
The difference can be seen in the attached image.

EXPECTED RESULT

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11 Home 10.0.22000 Build 22000
