The bug affecting krunner

SUMMARY
Despite having the "Software center" extention enabled, krunner is unable to fetch any results from Discover when searching for apps.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on KDE neon 5.22.4
2. trigger krunner
3. type the name of an application you want to install (eg. Calligra)

OBSERVED RESULT
no results are displayed

EXPECTED RESULT
krunner offers a selection of apps to install that match the search

Turns out rebooting a couple times fixed the problem... Maybe some service failed silently? I'll keep an eye on this to see whether it happens again.

If so please check if `kquitapp5 krunner` would have the same effect.
