SUMMARY
apps running on Xwayland are blurry always. at 200%

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any X11 app (any electron app)

OBSERVED RESULT
blurry rendering

EXPECTED RESULT
perfect rendering

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Fedora 34
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I saw bug #412088 refering to blurry rendering on non integer scales. This is for integer scales (200%)

This is a known issue with XWayland itself: it dumbly scales up apps rather than using any existing X11-compatible high DPI support. See Bug 389191.
