Unfortunately, the openSUSE Leap 15.3 Debug Info packages are not yet available - it's being worked on, at least for the KDE packages but, a scheduled completion date hasn't been announced. I'll save a couple of the more recent core dumps and, resubmit the issue when the Debug Info packages become available.
