SUMMARY
Sending mail is not working anymore, because of database error code 1292.


Sending mail was working before last update.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Write a new mail
2. Hit send

OBSERVED RESULT
German error message "Es gab Probleme beim Einreihen der Nachricht in die Sende-Warteschlange: Failed to append item".

EXPECTED RESULT
Mail is sent.
