SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy several words to overflow the list and be able to scroll
2. Scroll all the way down
3. Click "Invoke action" or "Show barcode" or "Edit contents"

OBSERVED RESULT

The list scrolls to the top of list.

EXPECTED RESULT

The list shouldn't scroll.

Cannot reproduce the issue in Plasma 5.23. It would seem to have been fixed with code changes made since 5.22.
