SUMMARY
apps that request a whole folder and not files do not work at all

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try to choose a folder for something in your favourite app that has customizable folder sources/destinations

OBSERVED RESULT
the Qt file chooser won't do anything when clicking accept (shows as "Open") while being on the folder you want or having it selected

EXPECTED RESULT
being able to select a folder (and in fact, not being able to select files)

sorry I didn't specify, this happens on flatpak apps, which is why I filed it under xdg-desktop-portal
