In System Settings I enabled the following option:

Window Management -> Window Behaviour -> Advanced -> Window Placement -> Centered

After pressing apply System Settings crashed.
I can recreate the crash, as it occurs every time.

The setting does actually get applied, even though the program crashed.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
