SUMMARY
The link to a project's repo on https://invent.kde.org is important.
There is a "Browse source" link at the very bottom of each library's pages.  There's nothing in the list of frameworks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit https://api.kde.org/frameworks/ and a library's main page such as https://api.kde.org/frameworks/kfilemetadata/html/

OBSERVED RESULT
There's nothing in the list of libraries, and the "Browse source" link is way down the page.

EXPECTED RESULT
Present the link to the repo more prominently.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For comparison, docs.rs has a drop-down at the top for each package with links to the repository and its source; not ideal, it took me a while to find it.
This could be redesigned along with the fix for bug 408237.
