SUMMARY After suspending, the screen locker doesn't appear and a message states "The screen locker is broken and unlocking is not possible anymore" along with instructions to resume the session. This occurs after around 5 - 10 suspends, and requires re-installation to fix. The issue is the same on Fedora KDE. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install KDE plasma 5. 2. Suspend several (~10) times. 3. Screen locker no longer works without re-installation. OBSERVED RESULT Error message. EXPECTED RESULT Enter into lock screen. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed x86_64 [kernel 5.13.4-1-default] KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.84.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The same issue occurs on both OpenSUSE and Fedora, leading me to believe the issue is related to my graphics card (AMD RX 6800) as it is relatively new hardware with new drivers. Also worth noting is when using the same configuration on my laptop (Thinkpad t495) the screen locker has no issues.
