SUMMARY
Ability to have custom shortcuts for specific window title/class/role doesn't work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings > Shortcuts > Custom Shortcuts
2. Press Edit > New > Global Shortcut > Send Keyboard Input
3. Go to Action, press New in Window section and fill out window data.

OBSERVED RESULT
Window data is not saved, when you press on something else and come back the Window section is empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window rules are remembered for keyboard shortcut.

Sorry i realised i had to actually press the specific window radio button
