SUMMARY
recently, I bought Wacom One by Wacom tablet. However, there is no pan action in wacomtablet module. So to get scroll/pan action, I have to run these commands every time I reboot my system:
   xsetwacom --set "Wacom One by Wacom M Pen stylus" Button 2 "pan"
   xsetwacom --set "Wacom One by Wacom M Pen stylus" "PanScrollThreshold" 200
it will be great if it can be customized through  wacomtablet module
