The menu in sidebar feels slow and laggy compared to other menus in system. I tried to record it and slow down the video and it looks like there is a delay
between mouse and selection.

How about the "Tools" menu next to it? Is that laggy too?

Thanks. Can confirm. The lag is not very noticeable on my system, but it is there. Probably a qqc2-desktop-style bug as it seems to reproduce in other QQC2 menus in other apps too.

Yup, seems to have been fixed by the new menu style changes.
