Bluetooth applet

SUMMARY
In bluetooth applet of system tray when a bluetooth device is connected, no text is shown whether it is connected other than disconnect button and bold device name shown with separator.
If "Connected" text is shown near the bluetooth device like Networks applet it would be clear to users. Please see the attached screenshots.

[applet] Show the text "Connected" for connected devices

This makes it consistent with the Networks applet, and is a good idea in
general because we removed the big old "Connected" header text that
used to be there.
