NO LOGO OF WEBSITE IN SPEED DIAL

SUMMARY
logo of the website is not showing in the speed dial. I always use speed dial as my default homepage please fix this exept that the browser is good but while opening gmail, Gmail starting animation looks weired.  

OBSERVED RESULT
NO LOGO OF WEBSITE IN SPEED DIAL AND GMAIL STARTING ANIMATION LOOKS WEIRD

EXPECTED RESULT
LOGO OF WEBSITE SHOULD APPEAR
