I use Dark Breeze as global theme, and if I select the default Breeze SDDM theme in Plasma settings, the login wallpaper is set to another one and the theme (apparently set to Breath) doesn't follow Dark Breeze, even If I synchronize SDDM with Plasma desktop it doesn't work at all.

Does it work if you remove /usr/share/sddm/themes/breeze/theme.conf.user which we discovered in Bug 439905 has gotten created by accident?

Yeah it's resolved, after removing manually that file and rebooting, it follows the correct theme.
