SUMMARY
Cursor turns into black box after maximizing window via dragging

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag window to top of screen to trigger the maximize window effect
2. Release the drag

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor is black box

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor is normal
