Okular is great, thank you all for this excellent work.

Text highlight is very common for annotation, sometimes we prefer to add text directly to the text highlight, by double click it then enter some text comment.

So in this condition, there will be two types of text highlight annotations, one without text comment, the other with text comment. It is not easy to distinguish them when reading the pdf. It will be better to add a small icon(someone call it note bubble) to the text highlight mark with text comment in it. I believe this is very useful, and will attract more users.

For many, this is a must-have feature. Adobe Acrobat has it and it immensely useful when looking through one's mark-up to see where comments are. One could highlight in different colors: e.g. one for highlighting which don't contain a note and another for those that do, but this is very inconvenient.
