SUMMARY I would like to be able to create Dynamic Albums, sort of like a saved search parameter that automatically updates the contents based on the parameters given. For example, I want to create an Album called Wallpapers that includes any images in the chosen collections that have a resolution of 1920x1080 or more. Music players usually have something similar for playlists, e.g. include any music in the jazz category that's over 3 minutes.
I have to admit that I don't understand the wish. You create a search e.g. with images larger than 1920x1080 and save them as "Wallpapers". You add images over time. If you now call up the saved "Wallpapers" search, both the "old" images found and the "new" images that match the search parameters will be displayed. Maik

So yes, if I then added more images to the selected albums and one of them had the right resolution, then it would also appear in my dynamic 'View'.
Hmm, I still don't really understand. Advanced searches would do just that, since they are virtual albums with search parameters set. You can limit the Advanced Search to specific albums, etc. Maik
