STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a GHNS window
2. select "Show only updateable entries" fllter on top
3. switch to "Show only installed entries" filter

OBSERVED RESULT
GHNS window shows all addons instead of only the installed ones.
Please watch the attached screen recording.
"Show only installed entries" filter works as expected when selected
immediately after opening GHNS window.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Show only installed entries" filter should do what it says
