Discover icon is missing from the taskbar

SUMMARY
The Discover icon is missing from the taskbar. This problem occurs when I select any icon theme *other than* Breeze or Breeze Dark. For example, the screenshot is from my system with the "Oxygen Mix" icon set.

I recommend that if the other Icon sets do not have a specific icon for Discover, then the system should default to the icon of the Breeze theme.
Any icon would be better than no icon at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select any icon theme *other than* Breeze or Breeze Dark.

OBSERVED RESULT
No icon appears for Discover.

EXPECTED RESULT
The appropriate icon of the selected theme (or a default Breeze icon) should appear instead.
