SUMMARY

kfontview displays nothing when started.  When changing the main drop-down, a popup appears displaying the text "Could not read font."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kfontview

System-wide font settings:

All font types selected to use "Noto Sans 14 pt", except the "Fixed width" font, which is set to Hack 14 pt".  Anti-aliasing enabled, sub-pixel rendering RGB, Full Hinting, Force font DPI: 168.
