SUMMARY
kdenlive silently does not start on Windows 10 (latest). Nothing happens after splash screen disappears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use any 21.*.* build on Windows 10 (latest insider build), nVidia GeForce GTX750 Ti.
2. launch that kdenlive installation
3. witness nothing happening (no kdenlive process remaining running) after splash screen disappears.

OBSERVED RESULT
kdenlive does not startup

EXPECTED RESULT
kdenlive starting up

It seems you facing the "uninstall bug". Please do one of the following: 

- Install 20.12.3. Then uninstall 20.12.3 and install 21.04.3. 

- Goto c:\Program File and search for the Kdenlive folder and delete it. Install 21.04.3
