SUMMARY
On installation of Kubuntu 21.04 the default panel is not visible because it is installed on mu second monotor even if that monitor is powered off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kubuntu via a thumb drive
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No panels visible when PC turned on.

EXPECTED RESULT
That the default panel be visible when the PC is turned on.
