Example of Closing View

SUMMARY
When you first open kate from a file or directly from application menu and enable split view you can't close the file without it closing all the tabs and prompting to save. This behavior does not seem to affect additional files. If I open a second file in both views I can still close one tab or the other.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kate or open file with kate (new kate session)
2. Split view.
3. Attempt to close one of the tabs.

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to close file in one view or another without completely closing the file.

EXPECTED RESULT
One of tabs should be closed without closing the file. If there isn't another file it should just close the current view instead.
