The top edge of the panel becomes more opaque than expected when using the Background Contrast desktop effect

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate Background Contrast

OBSERVED RESULT
Look at the attachment

EXPECTED RESULT
Expected to look like the promotional material for plasma 5.22: with a constant transparency level across the panel.

This Issue is solved in KDE Frameworks 5.84.0
