Description Shmerl 2021-07-06 20:55:17 UTC
When trying to add hardware sensors for Plasma System Monitor, amdgpu ones aren't shown. I assume it's becasue the UI has a separate selection for "GPU", but that looks like a bad reason to prevent selecting amdgpu sensors directly, becasue options in GPU path are more limited than what actual sensors can provide.

For example my amdgpu sensors shows me three temperatures: for memory, junction and edge. While GPU UI selection just has a generic "GPU temperature" which probably is just one of the above.

Please don't filter out any existing sensors groups - let the user select anything directly, if existing presets don't end up being sufficient.
