SUMMARY When duplicates are found, I would like to preserve the oldest image possible as that was the date taken and all others are duplicates. It is not clear how the reference image is selected for similarity search. For some photos, it selects oldest while for some they are newest. Can we have a user control by which user can choose which image to choose as an reference? (Please don't point me to the reference folder. feature, I have no way, I can separate out the photos myself until, the duplicates are shown.)

Pushed by mqualmann into branch 'master'. use the oldest image date or larger pixel/file size as the reference image So far, the reference image was actually more of a "coincidence", depending on the image ID in the database. That makes little sense, because we are looking for the original image if possible.
