STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set Breeze global theme in Global Theme KCM
2. switch to Breeze Twilight global theme (notice that color of Plasma unexpectedly remains light)
3. restart Plasma running "plasmashell --replace" with krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
texts of Plasma are unreadable and color scheme is wrong.
Please see the attached screenshot.
This bug does not occur when I switch from Breeze Dark to Breeze Twilight
global theme.

EXPECTED RESULT
Breeze Twilight global theme should always be applied correctly.

This issue was fixed in Plasma 5.24, and that other issue reported by postix is something else.

Postix, if you can still reproduce it, can you please file a new bug report for it? Thanks!
